He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile [SPC, PMI-ACP, CSM], and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). Neal develops and constructs learning content and resources for a variety of topics, industries, and modalities. Incorporating design thinking he merges pedagogical best practices with graphic design, multimedia, and technology.
